We've got an official legalese copyright policy on Listphile here, but to be honest, it's a headful, and a lot of it centers around the DMCA, takedown notices, and that kinda stuff.

So, in plain and simple language: please don't post stuff here that is obviously protected by copyright.

We encourage people on Listphile to license their lists under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share/Alike license, but in the end, it's up to you.
