We give you the ability to license the data and information you integrate into a list/atlas/database however you want.

If you want to put it into the public domain, then you can license it that way. If you want to license it under a Creative Commons license, no problem. If you want to retain copyright (and legally have copyright), then that's fine too.

It's important to note that by creating a list/atlas/database on Listphile, you are choosing to share it publicly, and that people will be able to access it on the website. In the future, we may enable people to create private lists, which obviously affects all of this.
