Name of Spot
Kewalos
SummaryOne can either take the long hollow left, or the short hollow right. Decisions, decisions. The break can handle a swell up to overhead and is best during the summer months. Do not let the waves fool you though, out of all the spots this one is probably the most unsafe for your possessions. Frequent theft is a problem especially cars. The crowd as you probably already guessed is not the nicest, and to top it off the break has a horrible current and fishing boats around the channel making it more of a problem. Since there are fishing boats sharks are known to be seen around. So other then that and of course the coral reef the wave is fine. AccessLook for parking at the Kewalo Basin and also at the state park.
