A judge has told the the U.S Navy to hire more people to watch the dolphins and the whale to help protect them while the navy does its sonar training.The Ruling was was said by Judge Florencee Marie-Cooper on Thursday (No date Mentioned.) She issued this law because sea animals by the shore have been acting strangly due to the sonar blasts during the training. The navy says that the sonar training is vital to them and will not stop.A spokesmen of the Pentagon said that the Navy may take an order to the United States Court of Appeals.
