Title

Non-Fatal Shark Attack, Nomoa

Description

Tuisafua Nomoa was swimming on April 13th, 1957 in the Torres Strait off of Thursday Island when he was attacked. The 22 year old male had his left arm bitten and would need it surgically amputated. Apparently the shark was feeding on turtle scraps that were thrown overboard prior to the attack.
