A Warren County grand jury has indicted a U.S. Army recruiter who allegedly broke into a High Street home where he was caught viewing online pornography.

Jerry B. Mahaffey Jr., 26, was indicted on a charge of criminal trespass stemming from the April 20 incident. Court records show the Hackettstown-based recruiter broke into the High Street home to use a computer to access pornography. Two roommates who lived in the home found Mahaffey in the home bleeding, wearing only sneakers and socks.
