Title
Baby-porn suspect to stay in jail
DescriptionA federal judge on Friday denied the request of a Kissimmee man, accused of soliciting baby pornography, to move to his father's Wisconsin home until his trial. Tony Guerra, a 21-year-old food-services worker at Disney-MGM Studios, would have been required to wear an ankle monitor. But U.S. Magistrate David Baker ordered that Guerra stay behind bars. Guerra is accused of seeking out "hard core videos involving babies" on Internet chat sites. In court Friday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Karen Gable said that 90 percent of the pornography found on Guerra's computer depicted babies and that the man's Internet profile picture was that of a little girl's genitalia.
