Concord man pleads guilty to possessing child pornography
DescriptionA New Hampshire man faces a minimum of 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography. U.S. Attorney Tom Colantuono said Paul Peters of Concord will be sentenced in December. Colantuono said undercover investigators tracked the transmission of child pornography on the Internet to Peters. Authorities found hundreds of photographs and films of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct on Peters' computer and discs at his house. Colantuono said Peters previously had been convicted of sexually assaulting children and was required to register as a sex offender. Tags
