Nicholas County grand jury this week indicted a Greenbrier County man on multiple felony counts of having child pornography in his possession.

Charles Wiseman Jr., 34, of Rupert, was indicted on 15 counts of possessing material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Wiseman is accused of having pictures on his person of a minor child naked and in sexual positions. The pictures were found in April when Wiseman was stopped for a traffic offense by sheriff’s Deputy Tom Baker, authorities said.
