A 36-year-old Western Kentucky University student who was indicted in August for possession of child pornography has now been charged with sexually abusing a child under the age of 12.

Keith Hamilton Hartman, 36, 703 Barnes-Campbell Hall, was indicted Wednesday by a Warren County grand jury on three counts of first-degree sodomy, three counts of first-degree rape, six counts of sex-related charges and five counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
