Title
Man sentenced for child porn including photos of preteen daughter
Descriptionhe tears of a Waukesha man convicted of possessing child porn -- including photographs of his own preteen daughter -- weren't enough to keep him out of prison. The 33-year-old pleaded with a judge not to put him behind bars. But on Friday the judge sentenced him to 10 years. The AP isn't revealing the man's name to protect the identity of his daughter. The man's lawyer acknowledges that his client took photos of his own daughter while she was sleeping. Attorney Ness Flores says his client was a good man whose habit of watching Internet pornography unfortunately evolved to the use of child porn. The man tearfully said he'd burn his own hands for the judge's forgiveness. But Circuit Court Judge Ralph Ramirez said the sentence was intended to send a message to people who create and distribute such materials.
