'Pumpkin Man' hearing postponed
DescriptionA hearing on whether New Hampshire's so-called "Pumpkin Man" should go back to jail has been put off until next month. Strafford County Attorney Janice Rundles wants 71-year-old David Cobb sent back to jail for failing to participate in a sex offender treatment program during his 11 years in prison. A hearing had been scheduled today, but was put off until October 15th. Cobb was released in June after serving time for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy and showing child porn to another boy.
